Good choice
The book is actually on how to increase your memory power. It contains different methods with examples. It is a 2 week challenge book. It also contains a list of games to increase your brain power, at the end of the book. Overall it's a good book for knowledge. But if you want to just solve puzzles than its not for you as it does not contain much puzzles.

Nice product
It's been one week and i am onto next week and day 2 exercise. The book is amazing and challenging. It keeps your mind busy and motivate you to do your usual tasks in a more enthusiastic way.
