Udai Pareek Dr Udai Pareek is Chairman of the Academy of Human Resource Development and of the Institute of Development Research and Statistics. He is Distinguished Visiting Professor at the Indian Institute of Health Management Research, and also Vice President of its Management Board. He is on the management/governing boards of JIM, NIMID, NIA, NAM, and RSIHFW, EMI, etc. He is also the editor of the Journal of Health Management, and consulting editor of the Journal of Applied Behavioural Science. He has been Chairman of the governing boards of the Institute of Development Studies, the South Asian Association of Psychologists (SAAP), of the National HRD Network and of the Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Science, and Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Committee of IIHMR. He was the only Asian to become Fellow of the National Training Laboratories (NTL) (USA) and the only Fellow from India of the Society for the Study of Social Issues (SPSSI). He is Fellow of the Indian Society of Extension Education. He has been US-AID HRD/OD Advisor to the Ministry of Health, Government of Indonesia; L & T Professor of Organisational Behaviour, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad; Director, School of Basic Sciences and Humanities, University of Udaipur; Director in SIET Institute, and Professor at IARI and NIHAE. He was the first editor of Vikalpa, and has on the editorial boards of Administrative, Science Quarterly, Organisation and Group Studies, Psychologia, etc. He has authored and edited about 50 books and about 350 papers. He has received several national awards and has been cited in a large number of national and international reference books. Surabhi Purohit Dr. Surabhi Purohit is an Assistant Professor of Human Development (Home Science), University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and Vice President of Jaipur Chapter of the National HRD Network. She consults, with many organizations on personal and organizational effectiveness.
