Tracking the order was very easy and the product was delivered earlier than expected. Packaging is excellent. Got an invoice copy to my mail once the product was delivered.
As for the hard disk, no complaints so far. Build quality is good. The rubber outer body gives good grip and is also shock resistant. File transfer speed is excellent with USB 3.0. 220 GB of data transfers at around 60 MB/s in Toshiba satellite laptop.
Would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a good 1 TB...

ordered Transcend 1TB disk as i wanted to take backup of my laptop.

on receiving it, i nuked the MBR, formatted the entire disk using ext3fs without creating any partition. mounted it on my Linux laptop and got going. Data copy performance on USB 3.0 port is quite good.

Its simply awesome... Its quite slim and attractive than its rivals. The outer body is rubber which is a plus point, makes it comfortable to hold and carry. Moreover the software given with it takes care of regular backup once connected to the system.

This product is really worth it. I already had 500 GB of the same brand. As I needed more space I blindly opened flipkart website, filtered down Transcend 1TB HDD and purchased it immediately.
As usual Flipkart says it takes more than 7 days to deliver, I recieved it on the third day!?!

I recommend to every one. Nice product.
