This product is no doubt is a good choice for all users. It runs and works at satisfactory level. Stores a huge amount of data of various types of files. Store, store and store!
Keep saving in this drive and no one can stop you till it gets full 1TB.

Wish * if we can install some OS in it as working drive. Possibly in future.

Bought for a friend and the drive is excellent! The main factor to go for this drive is the protective casing which gives this drive an excellent durability and reliability. The only issue is that the casing can also result in heating up of the HDD. Transfer speeds are good but not as good as WD My Passport Ultra 2.5 inch 1 TB External Hard Drive.

It's a really nice product with a good speed. It is compact so you can carry it anywhere. It's a tough too.

Till now no problem...speed is okay though, may be it wud be faster wit Usb 3.0 . But it just does the job..so happy about it!. D luk av been better

Data transfer rate is pretty decent which is a key factor when you are going for a mass storage device. I got this to make a back up of my laptop, it worked really well. It has a soft velvet like feel and superior build. Easy to install and use. I got one for a discount, I was pleased and ordered another one for my girlfriend

Good product, till now not even single disconnection happened. Worth the penny.
Speed is quite good in USB 2. I haven't tried with USB 3.0 till now.

I have been using this HDD for about 2 months now and it works flawlessly.
it can connect to any usb 2.0 or 3.0 ports.
the hdd has a rubberised sort of a cover and feels good in hand.
Also data accessing is fast and easy,the cord length is short but that doesn't bother me much.
final verdict-A great product by trascend! must buy!

Its actually a great product. Very good performance and speed. Transcend is the most trusted brand. It has good shock protection.

I bought this HD about six months back. It works good, has a protective rubber covering.

One drawback that I noticed, is when you are continuously using the space on HD it works fine, but if you stop working on it for sometime, it takes 3sec - 6sec to resume.
Suppose you are watching a movie stored in HD. You pause the movie and then resume it after 10min. In such cases you can clearly notice the lag.
I tested the HD on my friends' laptop's to and found the same problem. I'm not sure whether...
