cheers to flipkart once again...got the item delivered within 3 days of order.
in the begining i was a bit apprehensive whether it would work fine with my machine having intel pentium P4 processor & intel D845GE motherboard supporting DDR 226 and DDR 333 rams and so ordered only 512mb (for fear of loosing the entire money).
But horray!!....after installing the ram my old PC has come alive once again.....everything works like a breeze...!!!
Only a case of concern....after initial installation ...

it is a 400 mhz DDR ram. i have a old compaq SR1710IL computer. My graffix card had failed along with a 256 Mb RAM stick. So, even surfing the internet was difficult. I got 2 of these RAMs, and it works brilliantly along with the old ram. My computer is as good as new and fulfills my requirements (office+internet). Small games like AoE 2 work well.
The product is genuine and was packed well.

Thanks to Flipkart for quicker delivery and finding a product that I was looking for several years. I had gone through local shop dealers to buy DDR266/333 Ram Module for Intel 845 GLAD motherboard, instead of several purchase, None of them worked on Intel 845 board.

Thanks to Flipkart and reviews of it's users gave me hope that may be above module will work. Cheers....
It worked but not with 400Mhz but 266Mhz . Any how PC performance increased a lot.

1st of all this is a product for old personal desktop computers. Hence as expected it boosted the load up times of applications, internet browsing speed and helped to work in multiple tabs in internet browsers which was very slow before adding this ram to an existing old DDR Ram.
Almost Obsolete these days, this DDR ram proved a boon to my old personal computer and now I can use it smoothly without any more hang problems.
A must buy for people with old desktop computers.

My PC came back to life with this RAM. i was planning to sell this PC for slowness but now i am very happy after this RAM increased it's performance.

I bought it for my uncle's old celeron machine.... it is not working.... totally disappointed... it is verd hard to get components for older machines... can i get my money back ?? cant even give single star...

Its DDR1. I purchased this when my stortium 1 GB DDR1 RAM got problem and went for replacement. Good one.

I am happy to review this product. MY P4 PC was working very slow as it has 256 MB RAM. Using 3G internet was useless. I could open only one software at a time. Local market says that DDR SD RAM is almost impossible to get but one day I tried to search the ram. I searched model no. and specification from Microsoft. I was happy to find the RAM. Now my OLD PC is working near fast as new. I can use more software and 3G network
