I a ordered a Transcend laptop RAM Model # JM1333KSN-4G but seller gives me different model - JM1333KLN-4G and that model number is not available at flipkart as well as other shopping website and also not listed in transcend website so i think to return to the seller. now seller accepted my return request and process for my ordered model number RAM. Transcend RAM comes in company sealed package, which you need to cut the packaging with knife to get to the product.
However this seller, sent me the RAM, not in original packaging, so I returned it.
If the RAM packaging is not concealed one then dont accept the product.

Google the images using the keyword "transcend ram ddr3 sealed" and you will know what I mean.

never buy from Quick deal seller he always provides a defective piece and you will have to run behind flipkart for exchange within 10 days its a big headache. REMEMBER QUICK DEAL SELLER IS A BIG CHEAT. I MUST GIVE RATING IN MINUS.

I had to return this product twice. The first one turned out to be duplicate product. It was in a small package and did not look like it is from Transcend at all. When I got the replacement I received original packing but it was cut open at the top. When I tested it, my Windows machine ended up in crash reboot loop. I removed RAM from both the slots and inserted only one piece of 4GB RAM. But Windows did not boot up. When I cross checked the specification, it turns out to be exact.

I figured out that it doesn't work with my laptop. I called flipkart customer care and requested a return and they are scheduling feedback calls after every 2 days. They have declined my return request also. Wont ever order any electronic items from flipkart because of their return policy.

It is mentioned as Transcend RAM, but I have received duplicate brand product from the seller ComputerTree. The voltage specifications mentioned in website and what I received are different.

I have raised refund for product and Flipkart was so quick to resolve my issue, they accepted my return and refunded the amount in just 2 days.

I ordered 2 modules, only 1 was shipped. Irresponsible seller. Even though the covering letter and invoice carries 2 quantities only 1 was packed. Flipkart gave immediate refund but I have to wait again to re-order and wait for new piece.
