About Ausaf Sayeed

In addition to being an author and a geologist, Dr. Ausaf Sayeed belongs to the Indian Foreign Service. He is currently the Indian ambassador to Yemen. He hails from the city of Hyderabad, India.

In addition to this book, he has written two other books titled Indian Art And Culture, and Trends In Indian Culture And Heritage: For Civil Services (Prelims and Mains) And Other Competitive Examinations. He has compiled and edited his father’s work in a book titled Kuliyaat-e-Awaz Sayeed.

Dr. Sayeed studied Geology at Osmania University, Hyderabad. He also pursued an Advanced Diploma in Arabic in Cairo. He is married to Farha, a painter. The couple has three children named Azhaan, Faaleh, and Faateh.
