Good product but need to be careful during installation
Bought this chair couple of weeks ago for 4724INR. Chair is good and worth the money.
Couple of good things I noticed,
-base of the chair where wheels are attached is made of some kind of metal instead of usual plastic.
-wheels are made of plastic but they seem to be strong and move nicely without getting stuck.
-seat is larger than what I expected and it is comfortable
Cons:
-though the manual stated a 5mm Allen key is available for tightening the screws, I didn't find anything in the packa...

Does the job
Quality wise product is good but it is a very high seat. Even a person with a 5 feet 9 inch can't rest on it with a leg touching the ground. This chair is not suitable and comfortable for a height of less than 6 feet i don't know how designer thought while designing this chair

Chair start breaking down from back support screw area after 7 months it is at the brink of breaking down poor quality of product .. don't buy it is not suitable for long use .

Slightly disappointed
I purchased this office chair on April 24, 2024, from Flipkart, and after a few months of use, I am not satisfied with its quality. The hand rest on one side is bending down, making it uncomfortable for daily use. The overall comfort of the chair is not great, and it doesn't feel very durable. Due to these issues, sitting for long hours has become quite uncomfortable. I expected better durability and comfort for the price. Not recommended if you're looking for long-term use.
