The extracted oil is unrefined, organic and cold pressed. It has culinary as well as therapeutic uses. MUSTARD OIL FOR SKIN : * Mustard oil has high levels of vitamin E, so it also doubles up as a natural sunscreen. The vitamin E in the mustard oil shields the skin from the harmful action of sun’s UV radiations and keeps the premature wrinkles and other signs of aging at bay. * Massaging mustard oils on your face skin and body regularly can significantly reduce tan, dark spots, and skin pigmentation. *Presence of excess amount of vitamin E in mustard oil accounts for a significant reduction in wrinkles and other signs of skin on regular use. * For young-looking skin, mix equal parts of mustard and coconut oils.
