Great. Happy to choose this option. I'm feeling a bit better after 15 days of regular intake of the tab. It's really a herbal tab, size is larger then normal multivitamin tablets. Only for the person who knows and can resist the taste and smell of an ayurvedic medicine. Even after gulping it down the taste of tablet remains in the breath for next few minutes. Rest its benefial and good for health.
