Good choice
Been taking this for almost a month now. No side effects so far. These tablets do smell of fish. I can't really say if there has been an improvement or not, but I think it does the job. Will have to continue for a few months to notice the improvements.

After using for a week or so i must say this is a nice product. My sleep improved a lot thanks to Valarian in this tablet. Getting Valarian in indian product is something I never saw. Just one issue is acidity and stomach problem. Hope this acidity issue goes with time. Company should work on this acidity issue and should improve the product.
