Terrible product

Bad and non working oximeter is provided by flipkart.The oximeter is also of another company not trueview.I suffer from such type of problem in flipkart at least 10 times and now its become tough to trust on flipakrt.lack of management and ignorance of customer complaint.
If it is possible from my side then I will provide minus(-) star rating
