It's above average quality. Better than the rest of the products of this range. Please try to invest more and get a better quality product. A solid foam roller would be better. Also it's not that big or long enough. If you are a big bodybuilder don't go for it. Intermediate can have a try. Or individuals with muscle pain can have a try. It's really not an essential item for fitness.
