Designed for many years of performance, the number No.3 hand operated tomato strainer is the perfect kitchen tool for making homemade canned tomato sauce or for making your favorite fresh tomato sauce recipe. The strainer includes a stainless steel hopper, sauce collector and filter cone. The filter cone features 1.5mm Holes for filtering unwanted tomato seeds from the tomato puree. The unit also features a heavy duty cast iron frame, coated in a food grade epoxy, corrosive resistant finish. A built-in c-clamp is included for easy table mounting. Made in Italy.
