Good one.
If one does not have time to go to the gym....this is the right choice....it works on abs as well as belly area...does not tire you much..and easy to work with..overall nice.

This Ab Trainer is simply best..!!!
I ordered this item 2 weeks ago. I got this item within 3 days.
I use it daily morning half an hour. I got toned abs and my obliques are started to appear within a week.
Read the manual book and follow the installation procedure and modes of exercises described in it.

money worth...!!!
I bought two. Worth for money. You can spent money on this if you really wish to want one. Quality is ok but not that much. I suggest try some other items if you are really looking for item quality.

Good Product, Bad packaging
The first piece had to be returned becuase of faulty screw. Flipkart arranged for hassle free pickup and replacement. Full marks.
However, the second shipment too had bad packaging. Clearly a pre-opened package. This is a problem with many flipkart resellers who also run shops. WS Retail usually does not have this issue becuase they operate through ware houses.
Product is good otherwise and gives a good workout as marketed. One minor issue I face is that my knees get stuck in some of the re...
