The bike delivery process is extremely slow. The showroom staff needs proper training as they lack knowledge and coordination. I had to wait for three hours just to get my bike delivered, which was very frustrating. The overall experience was disappointing. TVS should improve its dealership service to ensure a smoother customer experience.
