Could have made this book better if the authors applied their minds to arrange the contents and added sufficient materials
Management theories are almost covered in this book. But there is no connections, and the flow is missing. It is a collection of a lot of information put together but not in a proper order. Some of the chapters like Organisation Behavior are written well. Overall it is a good informative book but you cannot use it as a one text book for this exam.

Good book for beginners
This book has presented the entire management syllabus in a very precise and easy manner. If you are not from management background then this book an prove a great help to you. But previous year question papers are must to be done along with this. All the best.. :)

The subject matter is irrelevant. No use for ugc net candidate. the questions are substandard and moreover the new pattern is not covered properly. previous years papers are not there. Less useful than other books in the market.
