Any hydroquinone cream will definitely show the result but it is not good to use hydroquinone creams for longer time as these creams will make the skin dull and more darker once we stop using it

Beware, it contains Mometasone which is a Steriod (glucocorticosteroid) and also hydroquinone so it is important that you don't use it without a dermatologist's prescription.
The cream works quite well when used for a short time, but once you stop using it. you may end up getting thin dark and skin. It sometimes also leads to rebound pigmentation.
Therefore, you should avoid using it without an indication.
