Please do not buy this ring. Its a complete waste of money. They say the battery life is 6 days, it hardly lasts 3 days and when i contacted there customer support they say we are upgrading the firmware which never happened. It does even count the steps and workout properly. There is a difference of around 5000 steps in my smart watch and this ring. When i start for a workout it keeps on disconnecting with my phone and once disconnected, it does not ...

Not as expected. Charging takes too long and even charge last for merely a day. Data provided by the ring have lot of difference as compared to clinical test report. I have diabetics but ring shows no diabetic and other analysis also inaccurate.
