Q:how can use 12 volt dc motor run for door lock open and close???

A:you can connect dc motor through blue color terminal as a switch ie power supply one end through terminal block and to motor other end back to power supply

Q:can it be used for making DIY car remote control

A:Yes you can use it but the item need 12v supply to operate relays and since it uses IR for sensing it need a direct path for control. for Car i thing better go for RF controls
