Very Good
If you're looking for a guide that you can follow to improve ur life, then this is the one. I'm not saying to follow it blindly. I had a difficulty to follow a routine after reading the book 'power of ur subconscious mind' and this one's the good to start from. but I'll recommend you to read the book first and then follow this guide. I have not completed it to the end but hope to do so and get good results. wish me luck(no need to show by posting just pray to 🙏👼🙂
