I loved reading this book. The author has recounted his experiences and wisdom gained through his interactions with a wide spectrum of people from all walks of life. After reading Rashmi bansal's book, this book lack proper guidance of any sort. Especially the book's initial chapters where the author is more concerned about his past bosses's achievements rather than any real insight or encouragements from their life.
I say, good to read not a must read. And not worth the Rs399/- price tag.
