Get introduced to self!!!

It's amazing, how by telling simple stories, the producers of this great serial have managed to introduce you to your true self. The comments by teacher at start about "why man explores infinity? Is it because he knows he is infinite"; say a lot about the intent of this series.
Must buy for anyone who has questions about self. I am eagerly waiting for remaining episodes, it is my treasured possession (one of few I would certainly love to keep :))

Its not been too long of my waking up every sunday and watching Upanishad Ganga. I was introduced to this how by my maternal grandfather and even now, he calls me every sunday at 11 am to ask me how i liked the day's episode.
I want to thank the makers for creating such a beautiful show, one which unburdens me only with words, it sends you to that real where you dont have to think, where you dont think and you're okay with it.

UPANISHAD GANGA

I had seen the episodes as they were telecast every Sunday and was thrilled to learn that they were being brought out with English subtitles .Being a non Hindi speaking person, I found them very much more enjoyable as I could follow everything.This of course ,was to me an appetizer so to speak ,because I could always learn more.l
The Dvd's themselves are beautifully produced and the actors have done a great job .The music and the chants in Sanskrit are lovely.

A true "Gyan ki Ganga" to enlight. Helps understand the world, true aim, and self. Must watch for each and every human being, irrespective of cast, creed, and religion.

Amazing Series for all

This is one of the series that I can watch again and again. The precision in acting and direction is amazing.

The actual truth that though even most of us in India are Hindus but still we don't know our real roots. We just worship some god as our ancestors are worshiping and so on.

This series helps young people to evaluate our glorious past in an analytic way. Most dialogues are quoted from ancient vedas thus making the overall approach very authentic and relevant to the cause.

Upanishad Ganga is great investment for you and your family. These are ancient scriptures presented in a very nice manner ( As TV serials). This stuff is much much better what we watch today in the TV. Specially it is a must what for the kids and to teach them Indian values in a vary nice way.
