Best in the market!
Just to give context, I use it for my small-scale catering business and it is serving me very well.
Pros:
1. Large diameter (larger than the competition.
2. Thick base.
3. The three layers work wonderfully in speeding up the cooking process (The bottom layer does cook quicker than the top so, needs shuffling periodically.
Cons:
1. Seal between layers is not a snug fit. Steam does get out if pans are placed unevenly on top of one another.
