All the necessary tools are provided within the consignment .... the support team is good..but you have to reach them on your own for the installation and diet plan from the number that you will get in the warranty card...
Anyways I have installed it myself and didn't require any assistance...

Just okay
Pros:
1) Look, I really liked the design, very attractive.
2) Gear, The gear is smooth and easy to shift and handle.
3) Break, Both front and rear breaks are working perfectly but when I apply my rear break I can hear a noise.
Cons:
1) Seat, It's too small so as I'm adult it's very difficult to ride.
2) Tyres, In this one month I already put 4 punctures. Even though I ride only on highways. Tyre is so thin. Very much disappointed with it.

Worth the money
Good bike to ride . Overall it is best cycle in this price range. I have bought the mudguard and changed saddle seat for my convinent.
