Did not meet expectations
A very bad product I have ever bought...... First patch I used on my lower abdomen, I stuck it on my undergarments it hardly gave me 10% heat so i thought it was because I'm sticking it on the cloth so tried one more patch and directly applied it on lower back skin believe me it didn't even provide 5% heat ,secondly the patch size is too small so Will not cover fair area....i would not recommend this product.
