This fan is really very good.
Even service from Usha was also best. I logged service request via email as it was out of working hours for toll free number (Saturday night).
Request was assigned on Sunday and technician came on Monday afternoon.

Fan is very good , but the remote set is far below the standard. It is not working. Hence I request you to replace this remote. I am of the opinion the same fan with out remote facility will be cheaper and more desirable. Reverse rotation also is mere waste. Instead rotation on 1st speed is more desirable and only needed.

Even a halicopter is easier to install.

The fan quality is amazing .

Bought 4 Usha Helious Fans. After installation 1 fan unable to start as Usha service personnel said motor need replacement.

Laggard behavior of remote functions. After command it takes 5 seconds to start movement of fan blades.

USHA is among the worst company I know. Faulty product, no service. Even the service engineer doesn't seem to know about the product. Its been 2 weeks and the fan is simply biting the dust. Dont buy this product, infact dont buy any fan from USHA.
