Decent product

I have purchase this cooler 2years ago. after first year fan jam. I complained usha online site. After two days engineer come and said fan bush have fault should be repair cast is only 300 to 400 Rs. I told him ok repair it. He said me I come later with parts. After than he come and said your fan will be change and cast is 2200 Rs. Than I repaired my cooler from local only 250 Rs. But next year fan jam again and have same problem bush repair. But cause of lockdown parts not available.than loc...

Hated it!

waste seller service, delivery took very long time and 1 week late delivered as promosed. drain cap as dhown in attached pic was missing, raised return request 2 times, seller cancelled it n flipkart just said sorry. dnt go for it at all
