Good product and seller but very bad service USHA

Very good product for medium size organisation , having need of 100-200 L of cold water in a day... seller is very prompt... fast and safe courier... Just had one issue with installation, after 5 days of service request for installation (pin -845401) no one came from USHA and lastly i have to pay 500 for installation to local engineer....
