Don't waste your money
Steam selector wheel stucked permanent . This one is a replacement because of the same problem.
But again facing the same problem. Now i have to waste my time in calling customer care for the solution

Hated it!
Waste of money, energy n time. They r so bad on my 1st exchange they send someone else's exchanged iron. Clearly seems old n scratched.

Defective Irons
Please don't buy this product. All these irons are defective across all e-commerce platforms. This is my 6th iron after series of returns. All of them have defective steam roller. Water seeps out from main body where steam control is located. LED controls only stopped functioning after 10 days. Their is no QC check in place. Usha has copied the concept from somewhere else but made a major defective product.
