Its quite usable for warmups, fat loss and cross training workouts but if you can handle it carefully.

It doesn't seem very durable and not sure how long it will last.

IT IS NOT MADE TO DROP / BOUNCE ON THE FLOOR. You need to carefully hold it in your hands all the time during workouts.

The stitching is not upto the mark and I expected it to be so as it is a sand filled medicine ball and not a pure rubber ball.

Grip is just okay, with some practice you will learn it.
