Writing this review after 1.5 years of purchase.
Pros:
1. Great quality cloth
2. Very comfortable
3. Waist elastic still intact after 1.5 years of use
5. Good pocket depth
6. Zipper in left pocket and also in the smaller pocket near the right pocket
7. Elastic near the ankle helps during sports activities, gym,etc.

Cons:
1. Slight fading of cloth after a year of rigorous use. (I wore it almost 3 days in a week for past 1.5 year)
2. The lace around the waist of the pants gets tangled inside ...
