The output voltage promised is at very broad range of 200-250 v. When input voltage is 200 it is able to increase output voltage to 225-230. But when the input voltage is 230 , it either decreases it to 215 or increases to 245! Ideally it shouldn't interfere with the voltage when the input voltage is around 230. On the positive side they accepted the return and refund without problem. I got a micro processer controlled stabilizer from a local provider and it is working well.
