Worst experience ever!
Mop stopped working in 1 month. Customer support helped to replace rod once but in 15 days same issue again.
Post this i tried again to connect with them but they denied warrenty saying this is bucket issue. Even I got another rod and used in same bucket its working fine and same rod is not working in another bucket
