    Bond with the Best..!!

    ** The 1st book, I ever read **
The book made me realize, how Refreshing reading is.. I gladly blame the book for turning me into a bibliophile..!!
Both stories are refreshing semi-autobiographical texts. In The Room On The Roof, we follow our young hero(Rusty) as he leaves a domineering and hostile, suffocating environment with his English guardian to explore the world beyond the protestant community that he was raised in. To his delight, Rusty finds that life on the open road is packed wi...

    Pretty good

This sequel to The Room on the Roof traces Rusty's journey in the valley with Kishan. Many new characters appear, including a distant aunt of Rusty , his father's old friend and a slightly eccentric young man , as ambitious as Rusty. Bond again brings back the old magic here through the hills , mountain ,the town, and an old abandoned church. But somewhere this novel differs from the first one,........Room on the Roof carried a slightly different theme.........,perhaps many times the first c...
