Decent product
The product received is not the same as shown in the order. The wheels attached are plastic ones which is not sturdy enough to hold the weight of a full cylinder. Had ordered this product only because of the wheels but unfortunately felt cheated.

Does the job
The product delivered is not the one shown in the picture.
It's a yellow and green low quality plastic wheel, that will get damaged easily when dirt gets into it.
Its doesn't have the steel clamp attachment shown in the pictures.
But material of steel is alright and it will bear the weight of the cylinder.
The whole thing might last for year's if it had been the ones shown in the pictures.(wheel & Clamp)
