Summary of the Book

It’s almost graduation time at Vladimir Academy and Rose will soon be a graduate. She has been facing some difficulties ever since her first Strigoi kills. Everything seems to be strange around her and darker than ever. Her mind is suddenly filled with dark thoughts and her behaviour has been very unpredictable. She also fears that she may be seeing ghosts. However, Rose has no time to fix this as there are more complicated matters taking place. Her relationship with Dimitri, which is forbidden, seems to be gaining heat again, and she feels threatened by the possibility of Victor Dashkov being set free. Also, Lissa has decided to experiment with her magic all over again. With all of this happening, there is something much bigger that brings about a drastic change in their lives and Rose needs to choose between the two people who mean the world to her.
