My work from home schedule has shaken up the natural sleep timings. Unfortunately, our busy lives can interfere with melatonin production which is key for a good sleep. After searching a lot I find these tablets by vedaneq brand and it really promotes relaxation, better rest, and now I wake up feeling refreshed! It is a fast dissolve tablet, high dose melatonin is Non-GMO, packaged and lab tested for quality standard. Worth the money.

I preferred this over other brands as it is free of common allergens, including gluten, lactose, milk, yeast, artificial flavor, and preservatives. I can confidently say that it works very well. However, I suggest taking the tablet at least 1 hour prior to going to bed. After taking the tablet-like 30 minutes, one can have dinner. The main advantage is that you will have a smooth sleeping pattern and helps in relieving anxiety too. Very useful.

I ordered this to get good sleep in daytime so that I can concentrate on work at nighttime. I am a night-shifter and I wont get proper sleep at daytime. I ordered Vedaneq Melatonin and taking these for last week time, I took one tab (10 mg) and slept continuously for 5 hours. I feel so fresh after sleep and it is very good; no after effects. Not working,

It is written that i have to take a tablet 20 to 30 minutes befor going to bed, but when i tried this it was not working at all.
I took a tablet at 9:30pm and had no effects on me. I slept after 1:30am at night and it is not working as per given time.
if this will work like this then usually i sleep at 1:30 at midnight, so, what is the profit of taking such a waste product? if it is just for wasting money, as i cant see any difference after using the tablet. I want flipkart to...

I take it regularly and get sound sleep for 7-8 hours. Wake up fresh every morning. Very good tablets.
