Light wear but Inner protection padding is good. Good airflow (no noice while riding... The airflow vent hole can also be used to insert long tube lock (helmet lock) and easily lock in bike side rails

A:if you mean chin strap to lock it while wearing, then of course yes!! Every helmet has it!! if you mean helmet lock for locking on your bike, it not possible as this is not a full face helmet.
