Straighter is genuine and original no doubt about that. It also works good. But there's no autolock is only drawback. It's comes with proper packing and handling. Hats off to flipkart ekart and seller. But they took 8 days to deliver. Nice product in budget segment. Must buy!!!!! I am also attaching some images. It takes usually 80-90 secs to heat. But works very good. Adds shine and day long straighting to hairs. Hit the like button if you liked my opinion. ?

well the packaging was slightly crushed maybe due to the shipping process! The ceramic plates are quite smaller than expected but does a pretty good job! swivel cord is pretty lengthy, quickly heats but the body also gets heated up pretty faster,so be careful when you hold it,this is day 2 post receiving my order,it was delivered on time! Does a pretty good job for the money,worth it!

i have got really long and wavy hair and this product did a really great job.. to be honest i wasnt happy on its first use bt it did realy well on the second use nd am i lv with this product... previously i ws using nova before i bought this product and its definitely better than nova.
