Almost every night, I have trouble sleeping. I am tired at 8 pm, but as soon as my head hits the pillow , I am wide awake and unable to sleep. I started taking Melatonin about an hour before I wanted to go to sleep, and it really helps. The effect doesn't work if I get used to it, so I have to take it in a cycle. I am not great at swallowing pills but these are small pills that are chewmints and I don't have any problem taking them.
