Ravana is defeated, but he is not out yet. Can Rama and Sita recover from the diabolical Lord of Lanka’s new plan? Find out in The Vengeance of Ravana, the seventh book in Ashok Banker’s Ramayana series.
Summary of the Book
Rama has managed to defeat the evil Lord of Lanka and secure his beloved Sita. However, the battle for peace is not yet over. He has yet to realize that Ravana lives on, alive in the ideals that he symbolized. His most nefarious plan has been set in motion, and this time it isn’t something that Rama can battle even with his Brahman Shakti. This time, Ravana’s weapon is purely psychological, and it will cripple Rama and turn him helpless to do anything to save his beloved Sita. Nothing can help him now, not even the might of the Vanara Hanuman. This time, Ravana is going to win.

Series Reading Order
This is the seventh, unplanned book in the originally 6-part Ramayana series. The epic story of Rama and Sita draws to a close in Ashok Banker’s superb conclusion: The Sons of Sita.
Very enjoyable continuation to the series. Could have done with a better end though.
