The headrest does come in handy, isn't just there for show. Could adjust its inclination perfectly for my need.

Backrest is great too. Doesn't have a very sharp curvature, supports back nicely. Did take me some time to get used to it though, felt a bit weird on my back initially. Although it is not listed on flipkart, you can adjust the backrest inclination - good for working/watching leisurely/sle...
