Good quality product
Product quality wise is very good. Has a good head rest and sitting cushion is very comfortable. Back support I feel could be improved a bit and should allow feature to move back and forth as well rather than up and down adjustment.

The head rest does not have a locking mechanism.
The lowest height of the chair is still a bit up compared to my desk so I use a laptop stand.
