Excellent product, superb functionality and ideal for elder people.
I could install by myself in few minutes the wiring was not at all complicated and works excellent .
The battery is provided with the remote but the battery is lil-bit difficult to buy in the market easily but none the less it has long life. I am great full i could buy this product sitting at home, with an amazing quality.

Wiring diagram is not given along with the deliverables.. It was obtained from the website. But was not very clear. Similar products of other companies have terminal cables for connecting to the end users.
Most importantly the main box is getting over heated..may not be advisable to leave the mains ON for a long time.
Hence the low rating!
