it's been only a day since I installed the battery but it looked fine....the wire was long enough and the 2 pin connector slid in properly. no complaints yet.

Expected a better product
I am explaining the problem I am experiencing from the product you sent. I found the battery voltage is all right. It is 3 Volt. But i suspect there is some problem in the wiring of the module. As a result, it is not supplying power to the BIOS circuit. As a result Day, Date, and time adjustments are possible. I request you to take proper action ASAP.

Good quality product
All good. Except for Asus laptop (EeePc) polarity is reversed on connector and wire is short. Needed to shave connector notch to fit upside down and then all is well.
