A:Uses-
mini refrigeretor, mini Air Conditioner, Super cooling pad for laptop, etc.
Ive tested it and temperature goes down rapidly when i pass 12V DC using heat sink + thermal paste

A:it depends on how much power supply you are giving if u give 12volts 6 ampere maximum supply you get very cool temperature even u got ice on the peltier kodule
