After opening the package apparently it looked very good.

Would give negative rating if there was any such option. I received this clock in bit damaged condition with bents on the body. Not just this, only one side of the clock is working while the other side is as good as nothing, i.e. non-functional. Further, the packaging was so below-standard for a fragile product such as this clock.

While trying to find out a way to replace the product, I am told by Flipkart Customer Support on call that they cannot replace the product and they cannot provide...
