I've been using this trolley for about a year now, and honestly, its been a great experience so far. It moves smoothly and hasn't given me any trouble. The only thing I would mention is the size. Its not a huge issue, but I think the size could be managed a little better for easier handling. Overall though, I am pretty happy with it!
