Very useful product if you have dog in your home. I have used this for my 2 year old Cocker Spaniel.
And its amazing. Very effective. No side effects.
Just open the small nostil on the top and pour little amt of clenser on the ear canal and gentle message / rub on the ears and canal region and just leave it for 2 mins and clean the ears with cotton and buds. All the wax melts and come out easily.
